Unplugged from technology, our one-day outdoor camp is the perfect place for your kids to connect with nature and get back to basics and learn about adventures.

We all live in the city..so we rarely come in contact with trees, rivers, rocks, soil ... but it is a lot of fun to play with all of them .. You can play a lot of adventures.

This is adventure camp not a leisure trip

Camping is on sharing basis

This is an outdoor activity, be a part of a group.
Full Sleeves Shirt and long pants are advisory.
Avoid carrying heavyweight in bag
Do not carry valuables during the camp.
Avoid wearing chappals or slippers
Carry a camera, and mobile phone at personal risk.
We serve only vegetarian food only.
Clean washrooms, drinking water and changing rooms are available.

Cancellation Policy
Below are the terms & conditions that apply if the event will be cancelled by the participants’ side after the payment is made.

The event can be postponed or cancelled due to the below reasons :
Bad weather, unsafe climatic conditions, break down of mode of transportation, equipment breakages or any other or extraordinary circumstances out of our control.
In such cases, the paid amount will be applicable for the next batch of the same event.
If the Event is cancelled from GTRIBE EXPERIENCES LLP Management, the 100% amount will be refunded to paid participants within a week time.

Q: What qualifications do your staff have?

Our staff are certified & experience mountaineers. We have trained in first aid, CPR, and have 4+ years of experience working with children. Many also have backgrounds in outdoor education and adventure activities.

Q: What is the camper to staff ratio?

We maintain a low camper to staff ratio to ensure close supervision and individual attention for each child.

Q: What Stay facilities?

We have well maintained and branded tents. The Ration is 3-4 kids in one tent. We have clean bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets.

Q: What happens in case of an emergency?

We have a backup vehicle to reach nearby hospital and a working relationship with local medical facilitie

Q: What is your communication policy with parents?

Q: What kind of food will be served at the camp?

We serve only veg food. It's regular home based food to avoid the acidity, vometing or other stomach issues on camp. We understand the importance of a healthy and balanced diet for growing children. Our camps offer a variety of nutritious meals, including fresh fruits, juices, refreshments, snacks like Idali, Dokala, Bhel etc.

Q: What about food hygiene?

All meals are prepared with fresh ingredients following strict hygiene protocols.Our staff ensures proper handwashing and sanitation practices during food preparation and serving.

Q: Can my child bring their own food?

We encourage you to pack a reusable water bottle for your child to stay hydrated throughout the day. For dietary restrictions not communicated beforehand, it's best to pack a home made snacks, dry snack like laddu, Chiavada, dry furits etc.

Q: What are the toilet facilities like at the camp??

We maintain clean and well-maintained toilets or restrooms, depending on the camp location.Toilets are stocked with planety water and handwashing supplies.Staff will be available to answer any questions or provide assistance to campers using the facilities.

Q: Do you recommend any specific items for my child to pack to maintain hygiene?

We recommend packing personal toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, plastic bag, additional dress set and a quick-drying towel.Sunscreen and insect repellent are also essential, depending on the camp location and activities.Please label all personal belongings clearly.

Q: Will there be access to clean drinking water at the camp?

Absolutely! We prioritise participant well-being, and clean drinking water will be readily available throughout the camp. We will have refilling stations set up, so your child can stay topped up with fresh, clean water.
